We’re looking for a Hylands Assistant Manager – Facilities & Event Operations to support the efficient running of event operations, facilities and maintenance across Hylands Estate. This varied role oversees event operations teams, maintenance activity and compliance across our historic venues, helping to deliver high-quality events while ensuring buildings and infrastructure are maintained to Grade II* standards. The role plays a key part in day-to-day operations, customer service delivery and continuous improvement across this much-loved heritage estate.
The Friends of Hylands House charity is looking for a volunteer to help keep their new website up to date.
The charity raises funds for the preservation and the improvement of Hylands House and Hylands Park. Recent projects include the Hanbury Memorial Garden, the refurbishment of the Terrace Room and the development of the Hylands House historical book.
The role would involve uploading new photos, news of upcoming events, any personnel changes on the committee, updating with any activities, and pulling any relevant reports from the system.
The website is easy to use and we would give some basic training. They estimate it would take a couple hours a month. View their website here.
